Deposit and Cancellation Information
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be made directly to Waitomo Top 10 Holiday park by email, phone or fax. A 75% refund will apply to cancellations made 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival.


Payment Policy:
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your booking at the time the reservation is made. This payment will be taken via our secure payment facility. All rates and transactions are in NZD.
