Payment & Cancellation

Booking Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions noted below are applied to all bookings with Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park.

Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when staying at Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park. By submitting a booking on this website, you warrant that at least one of the guests who will be staying is 18 years of age or over. If sufficient identification cannot be presented on arrival, Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park reserves the right to refuse to honour the booking.

Guests will be required to present a valid credit card on arrival to cover the cost of the booking, any incidentals incurred and/or any damage caused by you to your room (fair wear and tear excepted) during the stay. Guests unable to provide a valid credit card will be required to make full payment of the cost of the booking together with a NZD$200 cash bond on arrival.

All payments, including settlement of your account on your departure, are to be made in NZ currency.

In making a booking the guest agrees to comply with the rules and regulations of Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park, any breaches of the park rules may result in cancellation of the booking without refund and/or a $200 park disruption charge.

Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the booking contains, or has resulted from, a mistake or error.  No booking will be refunded onto a different card than the one originally used for payment.

The rates displayed on Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park website are not commissionable to registered travel agents, including the International Association of Travel Agents.

Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park cannot and does not guarantee that the website is free from errors or faults. Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park does not accept liability for any errors or omissions on its website and reserves the right to change information published on the website at any time.

Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its website or for any products or services purchased from its website.

Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park recognises the privacy concerns of its customers, clients, guests, contacts, and the users of its website. We store your details in our Property Management System as a profile. Which in the future can be used for any other bookings which will already have your preferences mentioned so we can cater all your needs.

Payment Terms

Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park reserve the right to charge 100% of the balance owing to the credit card details provided by the guest for all accommodation reserved at any time.

Credit Card Payments: Please note that an administration fee of 2.5% will apply to all credit card payments.

Bookings must be made directly or via a TOP 10 Park for discounts to be applied.

The prices indicated are per room or site, for the number of people and the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified (packages). 

 

All rates are quoted in NZ dollars on a per night basis and include 15% GST. All accounts must be settled directly with Waitomo Top 10 Holiday Park in New Zealand dollars. 

You must be 18yrs or over to make a reservation. Proof of ID may be required on arrival and presentation of a credit card (it does not need to 
be the same card as used for booking). 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel outside of 72 hours of your arrival date, a 25% cancellation fee applies. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

If your booking was made via a third party, including online travel agents (i.e., Booking.com, Expedia), traditional travel agents or any other 3rd party, the cancellation policy specific to the third party applies.

Group Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 21 days before your arrival date a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking cost (minimum $20) applies; if you cancel 21 days or less before your arrival or do not arrive for your booking, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Any request for a refund should be direct to that organisation in the first instance.

Failure to notify of a cancellation (No Show) will incur 100% of the cost.
